- 8 oz Crab Meat, I used Trader Joe’s Wild Caught Frozen Crab
- 1 Egg
- 3/4C Pork Dust, you can also use Salt and Pepper Epic Pork Rinds, Grounded
- 2 Green Onion, chopped
- 2TBSP Parsley, chopped
- 1TBSP Chili Lime Seasoning
- 1 1/2TBSP Lemon Juice
- 1TBSP Pepper
- 1TBSP Salt
- 2TBSP Avocado Oil Mayo
- Coconut Oil
If your crab is still frozen, thaw in a bowl of cold water for 5 minutes. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the coconut oil. Form the mixture into patties, I made 8 small patties.
In a skillet heat the coconut oil and cook the patties 4 at a time. Cook for 3-4 min on each side, gently flipping.
Serve on a bed of arugula, ontop your salad or you can make larger patties and lettuce wrap.
