Breakfast Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 container of Sliced Jicama
  • 5 Bacon slices, cooked
  • ¼-1/2 yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 TBSP Paprika
  • 1 TBSP Chili Lime Salt
  • 1 TBSP Garlic powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Toss the jicama sticks in olive oil. Sprinkle with the seasonings and toss.

Bake for 35-40 minutes flipping halfway.

In a small skillet sauté the onion until caramelized and set aside. Once the fries are done baking, toss them with the caramelized onion and bacon in a bowl and plate.

Cook the 2 eggs over easy and top the fry mixture.

**If on the Fat Loss Phase, do not use caramelized onion, instead top with green onion**
