- 4 Portabella Mushrooms, Stems Removed
- 2 Burger Patties/li>
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Olive oil
- Burger toppings of choice. I used Pepper Plant Habanero sauce, lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles and sliced jalapenos.
Preheat oven to 400*. Place the portobellos on a baking sheet lined with non-stick foil and rub both sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Bake with gill side up for 10 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Set aside to cool.
Heat your grill pan on med-high and season the burger patties with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Assemble your “Burger”. Makes 2 burgers!
