1 bag frozen rice cauliflower
1. Preheat oven to 400°.
2. Thaw a bag of frozen riced cauliflower (Trader Joes). Strain thoroughly with a tea towel.
3. Add 2 beaten eggs to the cauliflower and generously season with salt and pepper.
4. Spoon Mixture onto a sprayed nonstick side of aluminum foil. Make sure the mixture is evenly layered and not too thin. Can be pressed in tortilla size rounds, or use the entire batch as a Pizza Crust! Bake for approximately 12 to 14 minutes.
5. Flip once and bake an extra 2-3 minutes.
