Chicken Tenders

1 2.5OZ bag EPIC Salt and Pepper Pork Rinds

1/4C Nutritional Yeast

2 Eggs

2TBSP Garlic Powder

1LB Chicken breast tenders

Optional: cayenne pepper

 

Heat oven to 400* Whisk the eggs and set aside.

 

Combine pork rinds, nutritional yeast, garlic powder and cayenne pepper in a food processor or blender and pulse until you have a crumb mixture.

 

Dip the tenders in the whisked egg bowl and then into the crumb mixture and coat well.

 

Place the tenders on a sheet pan, lined with non stick foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.

 

Makes 2 servings.
