IP chocolate pudding (or any IP pudding of your choice)
2 tsp Splenda or Stevia
8 oz of water
Mix pudding and Splenda or Stevia. Add up to 8 oz. of water (depending on consistency. I recommend adding 6oz, then slowing adding more until it’s the consistency you want.) Shake (or beat with beaters). Pour in aluminum pie plates or place on parchment paper on cookie sheet. Freeze (30-45min). Take out of freezer, break chocolate into pieces. Place in container; keep in freezer until you are ready to snack.
Tips and Tricks
I have heard that the Strawberry is exceptionally good. I’d love to try the IP Butterscotch and add cinnamon, cardamom and vanilla for a Chai Bark. I also bet that adding various flavors of the sugar-free Torani syrups would also make some great flavor combos as well.
