The Garlic and Fine Herb Soy Crisps have become everyone’s favorite NON-restricted snack item. With only 5 net grams of carbs the possibilities are endless. Here is a great recipe to switch things up!
One package chicken tenders approximately 1 pound
2 tablespoons of your favorite hot sauce
Pinch of salt and pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika or Trader Joe’s smoke seasoning
One package IP potato crisps (crushed very well or puréed in food processor)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Put all ingredients except for IP Garlic and Fine Herb Soy crisps in a large Ziploc bag and massage until everything is evenly dispersed. Then add finely crushed or ground crisps and massage again until everything is completely coated. Sauté chicken tenders in a frying pan with grapeseed oil or olive oil until browned and cooked through.
