Ideal Protein Fish Sticks!
Making an Ideal Protein® dinner doesn’t always have to be complicated! This recipe is delicious and simple as it only calls for 3 ingredients! One of the ingredients, the new soy crisps, are low carb and can be used to make fish sticks as well as chicken tenders! The recipe below uses the Garlic and Herb crisps, for a burst of flavor you could also use the Salt and Vinegar crisps!
Tilapia filets (or fish of choice)
1 bag of Ideal Protein Garlic and Herb Soy Crisps
Preheat oven to 425. Crush your soy crisps, you could also use a food processor. Set aside in a Ziploc bag. Slice tilapia length-wise into 1-2 inch slices. Dip your tilapia into your beaten egg and add to the bag of crushed soy crisps and shake lightly until fully coated. Place your fish on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until desired crispness has been reached. Enjoy with a side of cucumbers or your choice of veggies and dipping sauce!
