Noodle Soup in a Jar
½ bag of Shirataki Noodles
3-4 slices of jalapeno
¼ of a green onion
Spices of your choice
Wedge of lime
In the picture shown, vegetables used: zucchini noodles and mushrooms cooked al dente, ¼ of a green onion-sliced, 3-4 slices of jalepeno. Spices used: curry, cayenne, black pepper and garlic powder.
In a wide mouth 16oz Mason jar layer in the following order: Bouillon, spices, whole protein if you choose, shirataki noodle and your vegetables (pack them in tight to fit 2 cups worth). Optional: Top with green onion, lime wedge, jalapeno.
These will keep for 1 week in the fridge. Once ready to eat fill with hot water and secure your lid. Steep for 3-5 minutes. When ready, squeeze your lime and stir well to ensure the spices and bouillon mix with the noodles and vegetables. Enjoy!
