3TSP Trader Joe’s Onion Salt Blend
2TSP Dried Thyme
1TSP Ground Coriander
2TSP Truffle Salt or Sea Salt
1/2-1TSP Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 400* and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl, using your hands, mix all the ingredients. Shape into about 30 or 31 1oz balls. Line on your baking sheets and bake for 12 min or until browned and cooked through.
This is a great meal prep recipe! Use in your salads or in “noodle” dishes! 4-5 meatballs would be 1 serving.
