Seared Asian Steak and Mushrooms on Mixed Greens with Ginger Dressing

Ingredients

1T Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
1T unseasoned rice vinegar (no carbohydrates)
1T olive oil
T peeled and minced ginger
1/2 T peeled and minced garlic
1t toasted sesame oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
16 oz flank steak
cooking spray
salt and pepper, to taste
4 cups crimini mushrooms, quartered
mixed greens

Directions

Mix liquid aminos, vinegar, oils, ginger, and garlic in a small bowl. Add cilantro and stir to blend. Set dressing aside. Season steak with salt and pepper. Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and set over medium‐high heat. Add mushrooms to skillet and sauté until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Add steak, cook to desired doneness. Transfer steak to cutting board and slice. Toss mixed greens with dressing in large bowl, divide among plates and top with steak and mushrooms.
