Spicy Beef and Butternut Squash *Maintenance Phase*


  • 1lb of ground beef
  • 1 TSP Paprika
  • 1 TSP Cumin
  • I TSP Cayenne
  • 1 TSP Crushed Red Pepper
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 small white onion, diced
  • 2-3 TBS Garlic Fluff
  • 2 green onion stems, chopped
  • Olive oil or Coconut oil


On medium heat, heat the oil in a skillet and add the garlic and onion. Cook for 3-4 minutes and add the beef and seasonings. Cook until browned. Remove excess fat and add the butternut squash zig zags.

Reduce the heat and cook covered for about 7-9 minutes. Stir in the garlic fluff, top with green onion and serve.


Makes 3-4 servings!
