Spicy Garlic Shrimp


1lb Shrimp shelled and deveined, I used the frozen raw Argentinian Shrimp from Trader Joes(thawed)

2 TBSP olive oil or cooking oil of choice

4 Cloves garlic, chopped

2 Pinches of crushed red pepper

1 TSP of cayenne pepper

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Heat the oil in a large sauté pan and add the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes and flip. Add the garlic, cayenne, crushed pepper, salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute tossing gently.

 

Serve with wedge of lemon. This makes a great appetizer or tossed with your salad or in zoodles!

 

Serves 4.
