Ingredients

3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons Asian fish sauce
1 teaspoon stevia or Splenda
1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon hot chili flakes
6 cups finely shredded red or green cabbage
1/2 cup slivered red onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup chopped Ideal Protein soy nuts in BBQ or garlic & onion flavor

Directions

In a large bowl, mix lime juice, fish sauce, 2 tablespoons water, the sugar substitute and the chili flakes to taste. Stir in cabbage and onion.
Just before serving, stir in mint, cilantro, soy nuts and salt to taste.
