2 TBSP Garlic Spread (from Trader Joe’s)
1 TBSP Djion Mustard
7 Strips of cooked bacon, finely chopped
Salt/Pepper to taste
Everything but the bagel seasoning
Hard boil the eggs. Pierce the eggs with a pin and place the eggs in a saucepan. Cover with cold water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 12 minutes. Drain the water and and cover with cold water and 5-6 ice cubes.
Once cooled, peal the eggs. The pierce helps make the peeling easier. Slice the eggs lengthwise and remove the yolks.
In a bowl mash the yolk and add all the ingredients EXCEPT the everything but the bagel seasoning and the 2TBSP of the chopped bacon.
Mix well and put the mixture into a sealable ziplock bag. Squeeze the mixture to the corner and cut the corner off to pipe the mixture into the eggs. Garnish with remaining bacon and the everything buty the bagel seasoning and Enjoy!
Optional Garnishes: chopped chive or your favorite hot sauce
