- 1 Bag Frozen Riced Cauliflower, thawed
- 2 Eggs
- 1TBSP Oregano
- 1TBSP Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven to 400*. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. The parchment paper helps make the crust crispier.
Add the thawed cauliflower to the center of a clean tea towel, gather all sides together and ring or twist towel to squeeze as much of the residual liquid out as possible. (if its not straining, its not thawed throughly)
If you are using the fresh riced cauliflower cook for 5 minutes before straining.
Beat 2 eggs. Add to cauliflower and season with garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper.
Spoon mixture onto the parchment paper and form into a 8-9in crust shape. Bake for approximately 12 to 14 minutes.. Flip and bake an extra 2-3 minutes.
Top with your favorite toppings and bake an additional 7-10 min.
