Keto Garlic Noodles

2 Bags of Shirataki Noodles, rinsed

6-7 Cloves Garlic, Minced

1/4C green onion, chopped

1/2TBSP Crushed Red Pepper-Optional

3 1/2TBSP Monk Fruit Sweetener

5TBSP Tamari Sauce

4TBSP Grass Fed Butter or Miyoko’s Vegan Butter

 

Boil water in a saucepan, once boiling add the noodles for 2-3 min. Drain and pat dry, set aside.

In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the green onion and garlic, cook on medium heat for 2-3 min stirring to not burn the garlic. Add the crushed red pepper, tamari and monk fruit stirring well and simmer for 1-2 min.

Add the noodles and cook 7-8 min until the noodles start to crackle and the sauce is all absorbed.

Plate and top with additional green onion. ENJOY!
